Fundraising Info

Fundraising is an important part of maintaining our gymnastics club! We have mortgage payments, building payments, equipment needs and day to day operational costs.

We appreciate your support!

  1. Opt-out: If you do not wish to fundraise you can opt-out and pay your fundraising requirement in full at the time of registration.

  2. Cash Donations: Cash donations of any amount can be put towards your fundraising requirement.

  3. Fundraising: Every family is required to submit a fundraising cheque dated June 1st, 2026 – unless you have opted out and paid the required amount.

If you reach your fundraising goal by June 1st, 2026 your post-dated cheque will be voided. Those who have partially met the requirement will be asked to etransfer the difference owing and the original fundraising cheque will be voided. If no fundraising is completed, the entire fundraising cheque will be cashed.

Credits will expire after ONE YEAR. This means that your fundraising credits that are applied on June 1st from the current season will expire one year later on June 1st in the next season. Credits will be on your amilia account. When you register for classes, the credit will automatically apply to your class fees. Credits will NOT be applied to bookings/birthday parties.

Competitive families must let us know by AUGUST 1st if they wish to use their credits towards competitive fees.
